In a proclamation effective July 6, 2003 and hereinafter
in perpetuity, the main road of the Village of Four Seasons Association,
Inc. now commonly known as "Summer Boulevard" will henceforth
be renamed "Ralph Lomma Way" in tribute to him as the
founder and developer of the Village. To be recorded on all future deeds
and maps and registered with the County of Susquehanna, Township of Herrick,
in the state of Pennsylvania. Passed by resolution of the Board of Directors of the Village of Four Seasons Association. |
