| The Annual Meeting is held for all members of the Association on
Saturday of Labor Day Weekend. Submit request for items to be considered for
Agenda two weeks prior to meeting.
The area's fall foliage is spectacular! Don't miss this photo opportunity - our shimmering lake with a colorful Elk Mountain in the background. Golfing, fishing and hiking are pleasurable during fall's crisp days. To fish, Pennsylvania State Law requires anyone age 16 and older to purchase have a license. Elk Mountain Ski Resort holds a Fall Festival offering arts & crafts exhibits and sales, chair lift rides, food and drink, and musical entertainment. Frontier Days at Chet's Place is fun for the whole family with games, horseback rides, music and food throughout the weekend. In nearby Forest City on the second Sunday of October, The Steamtown Marathon runners set off on a 26.2 mile course enroute to the finish line in Scranton. Check your winter supply of firewood. All firewood must be stacked neatly outside of your home. Refer to the Contractor's List for phone numbers of delivery persons. The office is closed on Thanksgiving Day.
