The Village Social Committee will be coordinating a weekly "Winter Games" gathering most Saturday's between January 7, 2012 and the end of the ski season. This is a very informal get together for Villagers and their guests to enjoy some time together after skiing in the newly renovated Alpen House. All children are welcome. Here are the details about these weekly events -

When: Each Saturday from 3:30 - 6:00PM with the following exceptions:

Saturday, January 7: Event will start at 4:00pm and go until 6:00 PM
Saturday, February 11: No event - Alpen Haus is rented for a Private Party
Saturday, February 18: FEB FEST PARTY - Details to Follow
Friday, February 24: Apres Cocktail Party for All- Live Music with the Grundles- We will go from 8pm to 11pm in the Alpen Haus

*What to Bring:*
Each week we ask that you bring an appetizer to share. On some Saturdays we will organize more of theme for the dishes (Mexican, seafood based, etc.). More details on that to follow. Cost: The cost for the season is $25 per family and includes beer, wine, sodas, juice and water. We will also be providing all the paper products and standard fare chips, etc. Guests are $5 per person for adults - there is no charge for additional children who attend as part of your group. Payment: We ask that you make this payment in cash as it is important that these funds remain separate from the general funds of the Village. We will have attendants at the main entrance each Saturday who will be able to accept your payment. No need to pay in advance.

*We are all aware that the renovation of the Alpen House was a substantial investment by the Village and we would like everyone's commitment to keeping the rooms as nice as they currently look. Parents, please be mindful of your children and encourage them to dispose of their trash in the bins provided - if they are too young to do that we respectfully ask that you clean up after your children. Please remind all children that muddy shoes and clothes should not be brought into the Alpen House.*
