Summer "A to Z"
Village summers are full of activities! The full summer season continues through Labor Day weekend.

The art center offers supervised, imaginative projects for children to express their creativity. The Art Center is located on the Boardwalk and is open during the summer season only.

We have a white sand beach. Lifeguards are on duty in the summer months. Chaise lounges, chairs and umbrellas are provided.

We have boats: rowboats, canoes and paddleboats. Sailboats are privately owned.

Our Boardwalk contains seven buildings which house the Office, Laundromat, Snack Bar, Game Room, Directory and Art Center. The road is blocked in front of the Boardwalk from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

Biking is fun way to get around in the Village. All children must wear a bike helmet while riding their bikes, it's the law! No biking on the tennis courts.

Before fishing, Pennsylvania State Law requires anyone age 16 and older to purchase a license.

The Game Room is located on the Boardwalk and open daily for the summer season.

Jackpot Golf is held at the beach during July and August.

Golf Carts must be registered with the Association Office and have a Permission to Operate Card along with insurance. Operators must be licensed drivers.

Helmets are to be worn when biking, rollerblading and skateboarding, etc...

Our 8 acre Lake provides for boating, swimming and fishing. No gasoline powered motors are allowed on the lake. The lake is treated and tested regularly to insure cleanliness.

Children of all ages enjoy our Playground.

The Village has two pools. Pool #1 is located by the Boardwalk and is for adults only. Pool #2 is located by the townhouses - it is heated and has a wading pool, it is the family pool.

The Quadro Tram, is located at the top of the ski slope and is used as the base for floats and other events.

Quiet Times are from 11 p.m. to 9 a.m. There is also a "No Construction Policy" in effect from July 4th until Labor Day.

Recreation is plentiful and our facilities include: a basketball court, baseball field, a lakeside beach, Bocce court, horseshoe pit, two pools, putting green, shuffleboard, tennis courts, and volleyball court. All activities are planned by the committee.

Sun Scenes, the summer social and recreation plans, is mailed to every homeowner in the spring.

The Snack Bar, which is located on the Boardwalk and is open during the summer season, offers a variety of tasty food and refreshing treats.

W, X, Y, and Z:
wildlife: it is not uncommon to see wildlife wandering about the Village at night;
xenia: a type of flower seen in many of our flower beds around the Village;
yen: what you get when you have been away from the Village too long;
zillion: the number of reasons we have for being part of the Village;
ZZZ: time is from 11 p.m. to 8 a.m.

Seeing is believing. . . take a look at our summer photo album.
