| Winter "A to Z" |
| Need firewood? All firewood must be stacked neatly outside
of your home. Refer to the Contractor's List for phone numbers of
delivery persons.
When the Mountain is open, parking passes must be displayed on vehicles at all times. Only two passes per household are allowed. Shoveling, it is necessary for you to shovel a path to your garbage bin in order for your trash to be picked up. Our Maintenance staff plows and cinders the roads and then will plow driveways and parking areas. Please drive slowly and carefully in the winter. We live at the bottom of a mountain and our hills get icy. We don't have the traffic to work the cinders like the main roads. The Village Ski Slope permits skiing and sledding. Sledding is also permitted on common ground but is not permitted on the roads. Snowmobiles must be registered with the office and must provide insurance information. All drivers must be licensed. Note: The complete "A to Z" Information Booklet beginning with our Address, and ending with a Zillion, is now available in Adobe Portable Document Format (PDF) Format. Please review the information booklet, and have a copy available for your visitors and tenants. Download the A to Z Information in Adobe PDF format.
